Admissions information

We are delighted that you are considering MADE Houston for your child. Below you will find the various steps involved in our application process. In determining whether MADE Houston might be the right fit for your child the admissions team focuses on how best we can support and challenge your child, as well as how your child will compliment existing classes and the school-wide community.  

In order to begin the admissions process, please complete our online initial inquiry form via the link below. A school representative will contact you to schedule an initial phone call. The purpose of the initial call is to answer any questions you may have, tell you more about our plans and programs, and help you determine if MADE Houston might be right for your child and your family. 

Following the initial call, we ask that families submit any educational records (e.g., recent report cards), psychological evaluations, and any other evaluations your child may have to help the admissions team gain an understanding of your child. The admissions team will review all records and provide feedback on the next steps. 

After the initial call and review of records, parents will be invited to meet (in person or virtually). This meeting is intended to further explore whether MADE Houston might be a good fit for your student.

At this stage, we will schedule a time to meet with your child to evaluate their learning style and how they may connect/fit in with their peer group. We understand that children may require more than one visit. Accordingly, we work closely with families to best determine whether your child may benefit from meeting on a 1:1 basis, in a small group, or meeting on multiple days. 

If the Admissions team determines that MADE Houston is right for your child we will notify you indicating acceptance and instructions on how to complete the final requirements.  We understand the need for timely decisions, so we strive to make our admissions review and decisions as quickly as possible.
